Welcome to My Chess Blunder!
My Chess Blunder is meant to help chess players level up. It analyzes a player's own public games played on popular chess platforms like chess.com or lichess, and generates personalized chess puzzles based on that analysis.
Getting Started
- Chess username: You'll need a chess.com or lichess username. It can be anyone's username, or even the name of a highly rated player, but using your own will help you train on real mistakes you've made before.
- The Chess Puzzle: You'll be presented a mistake or blunder you've made in a real game in the form of a chess puzzle. Try finding the best move.
- Evaluation Result: You'll get your results. Did you make the same mistake or blunder? Or did you find a better move, maybe even the best move? You'll see marks in the eval bar to mark the accuracy between your new move, the original move and the best move.
Additional Notes
- Sign In for the best experience: Signing in with a real email address is not required, but recommended. It helps the site keep track of which puzzles you've mastered already and which ones you're still struggling with, helping serve you puzzles in a smarter way.
- Blunder alerts: Signing-in enables MyChessBlunder to monitor your online games and alert you when you blunder, like having a private chess coach reviewing all your games. Sign up for alerts and never let another blunder go unnoticed!
- No Shame There's nothing wrong with making blunders, even the top human chess players on this planet make them all the time. What is important is to learn from our mistakes to avoid repeating them again. This is what MyChessBlunder is all about.
